When you are in the dumps physically or psychologically, you have only to remember to "turn on the lights." Fear and hatred and anger turn out this light and your dark angel reminds you of all the reason why you can not do this. Just simply turn the lights on and you will provide energy for yourself and those around you. This light is the medium in which we develop, the permission we give to ourselves to develop. The reactionary are quick to reinforce the barrior to the light so they can continue to exploit. Look to those who remind that all we have to do is to turn it on.
