People's Party
Our communities must be cells of a People's Party. Can it be otherwise? We are powerless to effect change unless we are linked directly to the people. Each of us must be a leader devoid of sectarian, bureaucratic, or dogmatic tendencies--we must be comrades one for all and all for one in the struggle to advance humankind. We must know and advance the science of development. We must wrest control of labor unions from those who compromise people's power. We must determine who the friends of the people are. We must lead the revolution.
Collectives for High Quality People's Services
We must take responsibility for services for the people based on collectives of higher consciousness, sharing, and love. Our communities must enrich and be enriched by these people's collectives. These collectives include housing, food, and medical delivery systems, etc. Unions must be transformed into these service collectives. They must control the use, accounting, and distribution of labor power. We must systematically starve capitalists of labor power and access to the masses.
Consolidate People's Power
We consolidate people's power by establishing local, national, and international people's councils. These expose bourgeois democracy, help lead the cultural revolution, and build what will become the infrastructure of the people's state.
Begin Cultural Revolution
People's collectives and councils lead the Cultural Revolution. They determine the organs of culture (religions, media, educational institutions, etc.)--dogmatic, reactionary, parochial organs of culture must be thoroughly criticized. We must fill the vacuum with a people's culture of the highest standard (smaller at first, but better).
