You ask about a weapons. You are right about the human factor; it cannot be governed/controlled as capitalists and reactionaries quickly learn. Humans rebel against such controlling. Capitalists and reactionaries do not do their own killing and stealing; they send others to do it. This is the key/principle for all defense strategies. Consider any individual. Ask what they want. They simplely want peace to pursue their profession and a suitable place for themselves and their families and friends to live and secure all that they need. When you take this from the people sent out to do the killing and stealing, then you take power from the people who order the killing and stealing. This is the ultimate weapon, the "weapon" that nature itself uses.
