What is the Worker's State? The Worker's state is the rule by workers who have gained control of state power and have smashed the machinery of bourgeois democracy and begun Cultural Revolution. Worker's State is a higher state of dignity and consciousness for the people; they are no longer wage slaves but themselves assume responsibility for production and development for society.
We need clear, uncompromising vision: organize the workers and their allies to capture state power, liquidate the machinery of bougeois democracy, and effect the cultural revolution. The first task is to establish a strong People's Party, a group of dedicated cadre willing to lay down their lives for the cause. Next we must reach out to the masses of people with our People's Army and Councils; these will begin the transfer of state power and supply needed services, education, and information for the people. There is no turning back. Onward to the revolution.
